We want you to be completely satisfied with PodStudio. If your payment is successful but you encounter issues where the license key cannot be activated, Pro features fail to run, or the Pro features are incompatible with your system, we offer a 7-day 100% money-back guarantee.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

• Your purchase must have been made within the last 7 calendar days.
• You must provide the email address used for checkout and your license key (or invoice ID).
• You must provide a description of the error you are facing (e.g., license key activation failure, Pro features not running, or system incompatibility).
• Providing a brief video recording or screenshot of the issue is highly recommended to help verify eligibility and speed up the refund process.
• No usage abuse: The license should not have been used to generate bulk/abusive content systematically before requesting the refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email directly to support@podstudio.tech. Please send the request from the email address you used to purchase the license to ensure smooth verification and communication.
2. Include the subject line: Refund Request - [Your License Key / Order ID].
3. Specify the issue you are facing and provide a clear description of the error. Attaching a screenshot or a brief video recording showing the issue is highly recommended to help us verify eligibility and process your refund faster.

Once your request is received, our support team will verify details and process your refund within 7 days.

4. Refund Processing & License Revocation

Once a refund is approved and initiated:

• Your license key will be automatically deactivated in our system, and the Pro features will revert back to the Free limits in your desktop application.
• Funds will be returned to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). It may take 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
